IF YOU LIVE UNDER 30 MINUTES FROM collège beaubois, we could hand deliver your items free of charge. you must first send us your address via email or phone number.

 

 

Returns and Exchanges


At Capnørd, we are committed to offering you quality products. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we have established a clear and fair refund policy.

 

 

Return Period

 

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return or exchange. After this period, we will no longer be able to accept returns or issue refunds.

 

Return Conditions

 

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unworn and in its original condition (with all tags and packaging).

  • Unused, unwashed, and unmodified.

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).
